Room in need of updates but was ok. Problem was the air conditioner made a clanging noise off and on all night long that made it impossible to sleep. Had to turn it off at 2am because it was keeping my whole family awake. Then just was super hot the rest of night. Worst night sleep at hotel I’ve gotten in years.

I booked this hotel coming back from two days of skiing and we had looked forward to spending time in the hotel and using the amenities. We really wanted to use the Jacuzzi which was not working and also there was a field trip of children there being very loud. We were unable to use the amenities. The front desk staff was very nice and I’m still waiting hoping to get a few points For the Jacuzzi, we were unable to use . The breakfast was very nice and the staff was kind and I’m hoping that management will help me a little bit with some points due to the two issues I had while staying there. Everything else was beautiful.

Plenty of parking and shopping centers around. Great stay for a family of 5. The indoor pool was a blast for the kids.

Good access to the Cascade mall. Easy parking. Staff are friendly and the place is clean. The kids loved the swimming pool. Wish to have better breakfast.

I really want to thank you great staff for your helped found my iPhone! I was relieved!! Rooms are very spacious and clean. we had connecting rooms so cool!! 😎 My kids love the pool and hot tub and very clean pool area.

I loved staying at this hotel especially with family. The room has enough space for a family of 5. Beds are comfortable. The front desk staff are friendly. Location is excellent and convenient. The Cascade Station plaza is walkable. I enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt place. This is the 2nd time I stayed here and will stay here again if I’m ever at Portland

It is so close to the airport, it was such a quick drive after flying in so late. The staff was friendly and helpful, bringing extra blankets to our room and answering questions about breakfast. The breakfast was delicious (eggs, bacon, sausage, etc) and had plenty of seating for our family of 5. We will definitely stay here again!

I was pleased with the condition of the hotel and the comfort of our room. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. My one complaint is that the sound proofing is HORRIBLE. We heard children crying, dogs barking, people talking (quietly), other TV's and footsteps well into the night.
