We were picking up family from Europe and the location and service was perfect. Prompt shuttle and great staff and facility

The premium 2 queen bed room is listed on Hotels.com as having room for 5, implying that there is a pull-out couch, as is often the case at family-centric suites hotels. This is misleading. They have 2 or 3 air mattresses available on a first come first serve basis - none of which were available - and no pull-out couch. There is also a non-premium 2 queen option, which costs less, so the room description is misleading, and derailed our travel plans.

The hotel room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. My family and I enjoyed the pool and the breakfast coz they served hot food and a variety of cereals as well. The proximity of the hotel to the Cascade Station mall is just 6 minutes away which was very convenient for us. Overall our stay was very comfortable and we are definitely coming back to this hotel.

The checkin experience was slow, the additional fee for parking was unexpected. The kids enjoyed the pool.

We got in fairly late, but were checked in with little trouble, the clerks were helpful and informative. The beds were so cozy and the rooms were perfect like a tiny home. The breakfast was hot and delicious, the kids were so excited for the waffle option though the machine had a wait and was a little confusing, everyone enjoyed a wonderful breakfast. The coffee was very tasty.

The location is perfect for me because i have family close by. I extended my stay, the hotel let me keep the room. At other hotels ive had to move to a different room. Im very happy with this place. It's my 4th time staying here.

First of all the check in day, They gave me the wrong room, second of all the lady in front desk was mean to me when I went and request the room I reserved, she waa helpless rude, then when I got the room I found blood drops in one of the bedsheets, carpet was duty, I took the kids to the pool and there was poop in the water, that night I called front desk to ask if they can take more blankets to us and they didnt want to. Am not coming back to that hotel.

Inside the hotel was quiet as far as other guests, but there are lots of airplanes overhead constantly, so be aware of that if that sort of thing bothers you. We booked this hotel for just one night so we could use the shuttle for an early morning flight. The shuttle was convenient and timely, and the driver kindly loaded and unloaded our 2 carseats and 6 bags for us. There was a decent wait to check in, and after waiting about 15 minutes, a second employee finally came to assist. I was third in line, so things were just not fast even though we were about an hour after check-in time. The rooms were comfortable. My husband was too hot during the night but I felt fine (which means for most people it's too hot). The room was REALLY tight for two adults, two small kids, and all our stuff-- barely enough walking room actually. We ended up stacking bags on every available surface not used for sleeping. A long-term stay would not have been comfortable for us at all in this room, but I could imagine two adults lightly packed would handle it nicely. I would do another short stay here, and next time use the free breakfast, indoor pool, and other amenities we didn't get to try because we were only there for a few hours.

Overall, a great experience staying at this hotel. Lots of nearby amenities. The odor of marijuana from inside the building was more than I would have preferred to experience. However, I would still recommend this hotel to others for business purposes, families, and for short days coming or going from PDX.

Nice hotel near airport with free airport shuttle. Good selection of breakfast food. Clean room with practical lay out. Wood flooring not carpet so better if you have allergies from dust. Window opens a bit for room ventilation. Basic amenities in room. Thank you for still giving out individual small bottles of shampoo, lotion, conditioner etc. more hygienic vs the kind you refill in the bathroom. Comfortable beds Beautiful outdoor patio to enjoy the sun and trees. Safe area. No restaurant on site but have vending machines and you can drive to restaurants/ mall in about 5 min. About 20 min to downtown. Good basic hotel to explore Portland or visit family.
