Our stay was amazing. The Inn at Cannon Beach is beautiful the complimentary breakfast was great. The fresh cookies were a hit with our kids. We loved our stay.

The premium 2 queen bed room is listed on Hotels.com as having room for 5, implying that there is a pull-out couch, as is often the case at family-centric suites hotels. This is misleading. They have 2 or 3 air mattresses available on a first come first serve basis - none of which were available - and no pull-out couch. There is also a non-premium 2 queen option, which costs less, so the room description is misleading, and derailed our travel plans.

The hotel room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. My family and I enjoyed the pool and the breakfast coz they served hot food and a variety of cereals as well. The proximity of the hotel to the Cascade Station mall is just 6 minutes away which was very convenient for us. Overall our stay was very comfortable and we are definitely coming back to this hotel.

We got in fairly late, but were checked in with little trouble, the clerks were helpful and informative. The beds were so cozy and the rooms were perfect like a tiny home. The breakfast was hot and delicious, the kids were so excited for the waffle option though the machine had a wait and was a little confusing, everyone enjoyed a wonderful breakfast. The coffee was very tasty.

The property was nice and convenient especially to those traveling to and from the airport. Room was standard with no frills, but the shower pressure was pretty great! Kids enjoyed the pool & hot tube. Breakfast offerings were also standard, but definitely enough to fill up a traveling family with 3 kids offering hot & cold options. Only drawback to our stay that would make us hesitate to return is the pay to park on the property. An error was made at check-in and we were charged more than 10x the nightly rate. Though the nice woman at the desk noticed it at check-out & immediately began to fix it, our card was still charged the incorrect amount & the refund never appeared. I understand mistakes happen but it was frustrating trying to deal with while traveling.

The location is great, staff is excellent, shuttle is great. There were homeless people hanging around the property so we couldn't let the kids run around outside.

The location is perfect for me because i have family close by. I extended my stay, the hotel let me keep the room. At other hotels ive had to move to a different room. Im very happy with this place. It's my 4th time staying here.
