Completely Dissatisfied! I will not be recommending this Best Western in Hines, Oregon to any of my community, family or friends.

Suite was nice and big, perfect for a family. Very clean. Breakfast was great. Only downside was no workout facilities, but the area around was so nice that going for a run outside worked just fine.

We stayed here on a Sunday evening as we passed through. There wasn’t much open and it wasn’t the nicest town. However, the hotel was comfortable for my family of 5. We did find a hot cocoa left in the microwave (not ours), so that was a bit gross. We did really enjoy the pool and the lady who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. I would do my best to not stay in this area again, but if I had to, this hotel was about the best in the area.
