No Cable the entire stay. Rather than offering a credit, bring in a DVD and offer a family movie night in the breakfast room.... anything at all. All the front desk said was " it's out in the area.... nothing we can do." When we checked in they said it would be 2 hours... Poor customer service.

This is a great hotel. We stay there when we visit our kids. It is located right near center of town. Prineville is a quaint country town.

Clean, comfortable, excellent. Staff is amazing and friendly. I was told they try to keep families with children on lower floors, so they aren't noisy to guests beneath them. I thought that was very considerate. Good breakfast options, including waffles. I would have eaten more if I could have. Definitely recommend

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Front desk staff were very nice and welcoming. Our family enjoyed our stay in the cute town of Prineville and would definitely stay here again.

It was very clean and the staff was very friendly. Very good price as well. The pool heater was broken when we got there, but they let us know about it and apologized for the inconvenience. It was still warm enough for the kids to swim in it, and the hot tub worked for them to jump into if they got too cold. They gave our kids free cookies and had fresh water and coffee in the lobby at all hours of the day.

We had a short stay in Prineville and I was so glad that we chose to spend a night in Country Inn & Suites by Radisson. The property is very clean, room is well organized, staff were friendly, and the facilities look pretty new. We came in as two families so the front desk staff pleasantly arranged us in two adjacent rooms. The nearby restaurant serves good food, and we had a decent dinner there. Breakfast had good variety which we didn't expect after the pandemic. Overall, we are very satisfied and would highly recommend!

This would have been an excellent review, however, the end result was an overall disappointing experience. Due to an emergency family situation, I had to cancel my second night's stay. The hotel attendant refused to consider a refund (or partial), even though I had purchased trip insurance and paid in advance. The clerk was dismissive and rude.

Travel to meet up with family (family Reunion) our stay at hotel was very comfortable in the lobby was great place to have conversations for all. Staff was very accommodating! Thank you!
