My family of three stayed one night on our road trip. After a long drive, we rested in our comfortable first floor room with comfortable beds and a sliding glass door that opened to the outside patio with a serene view of green landscape and a a glimpse of the pool nearby. Just sorry that we didn’t use the pool as we were in a hurry to leave the next morning. Definitely will stay again.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and preparation of the food at this Grill. I enjoyed the Northwest Salad for dinner. I found the salmon to perfectly cooked, a very pleasant surprise for a hotel restaurant. I was also impressed with the breakfast, the scrambled eggs were tender and accented with Cheddar. The entire breakfast bar was carefully maintained by Sumit who attentively greeted and assisted all. I learned that Sumit had prepared my dinner the night before and that the hotel and restaurant are a family affair. I was a very pleasant stay. Hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did. - Ian

The bathroom was terrible! The toilet was small and the counter was so low it looked like it was made for children. I would not stay there again. The only saving grace was that it was clean.

Fun outdoor pool, wonderful breakfast with many options including grapefruit, which I’ve never seen at a Best Western spread. Our kids enjoyed the tv options, too!

I had booked this hotel specifically to guarantee a good night sleep, usually having good experiences with Best Western. This hotel was overpriced for the old building it was. The walls are paper thin, so you can hear the complete conversation and anything else from the room next to yours. The faucet in the bathroom was so loose I was afraid to turn it on. The bathroom shampoo/conditioner and liquide soap containers were completely empty. The Veranda sliding glass door was so old, it seemed unsafe to open or close and overall the hotel was like an old run down place. The doors of every room seems to slam shut hard, so you could not get any decent sleep and of course, due to the thin walls you really could hear the guest above your room walking around. I was completely shocked to see the condition of this place and would warn everyone I know about staying there. Terrible place for a very high nightly fee. D.H. p.s. The teeneage kids who were running around the halls at night making a lot of noise and had been left unattended at night belong to the staff who worked at the hotel. My husband asked about the adult supervision and found out that these kids belong to the staff who were working at the hotel.

The hotel is a bit dated, but the rooms have been recently updated it seems. Overall it wasn't too bad. But, one of the towels in the bathroom had make-up on it, so it had obviously been used and not washed. My sheets had hair on them, so again, not clean. The TV didn't have cable, only kid's Netflix. You couldn't watch anything if it wasn't on the kid's settings for Netflix!?! What is that about? And, the continental breakfast ended at 9:00,so we missed it. I think that's a bit early. And, the restaurant was closed, so we had to find food elsewhere. The most annoying thing was that the stairs closest to the room they assigned to us was closed, so we had to walk all the way around the back side of the building, in the dark, with all of our heavy luggage, without even being told about the inconvenience by the front desk. I would not stay here again.

We were so impressed with this facility. It is a charming older building with tasteful updates and comfortable beds. The grounds are gorgeous with well cared for gardens and beautiful hanging baskets. The outdoor pool area was large and accommodating with pool activities for the kids (bball hoop, noodles, etc). The hot tub was in its own separate room and was a good size. The staff were incredibly kind and went over and above to ensure we had everything we needed to accommodate my elderly father and keep him safe. Every staff member I ran into was so friendly and sweet. The breakfast was full of every option you can imagine ... very impressed. We really enjoyed this location and will certainly stay again when in the area.

I was really impressed with the resort-feel to the courtyard. The property is built around a lushly landscaped courtyard with the pool in the middle. The room facing the pool had balconies or patios with chairs--so charming. Our pet-friendly room had easy-cleaning laminate flooring--so smart! It cuts down on lingering pet odors. I also loved the large pet area, and children's playground. Our curtains were in need of repair, but it wasn't a bother as both my husband and I sleep with pillows over our faces.
