The pictures showed the room I booked having 2 queens and a pull out sofa. We were traveling as a family and we’re trying to make it so the kid that was sick don’t have to sleep with someone else. After checking in we found the room didn’t have the couch and were told we couldn’t get a roll away bed either. We made it work, but it was a little frustrating

We’ve stayed at this holiday inn express for years as we have family in Ontario. It has gone down hill over the last 2-3 years. We used to love staying there. It’s now noticeably worn down and dirty. Hotel was hot and muggy. The sleep inn across the freeway is where we’ll stay going forward as there aren’t a lot of options in Ontario but IHG is falling behind Hilton. We stayed at the IHG in Boise with a terrible experience there too. Don’t waste your money on IHG. They charge well over $200 a night and it’s filthy and run down.

Great place to stay with your family! My family of 6 fits just great in the queen suite. We appreciated having the linens for the food out bed ready for us in the closet. Breakfast is pretty great- pool is small but we had fun nonetheless!

The room was clean and spacious. It was ready upon our arrival. Our grandkids enjoyed the pool. Several restaurants nearby for easy access.

The sofa couch was nice and big, a queen size, and they had all the bedding for it in the room, including a mattress protector. May seem like a small deal, but when you're traveling with 4 kids, it makes a big difference. Hotel was very clean. Large parking lot, plenty of room for our 2 vehicles with trailers. 2 queen suite was very spacious.

I really like the swimming area and courtyard. We stay here every year on long road trips home with our family and the kids love swimming. As always in the Holiday Inn hotels they aren't well insulated so bring ear plugs to sleep. They have a nice continental breakfast and it's a good place to stayover.

Wish the room was bigger for the family of 5. Next time, I'll look at adjoining rooms.

Customer service has always been good here. Even the maintenance guy was friendly. Our favorite hotel. And we do travel a bit in the year. But this one is the perfect place when we visit family.

We have stayed in many hotels on our trips between Utah and Portland and this was definitely the best yet and our new favorite half way point stop. The room was large enough for our family. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Our kids loved the breakfast and the coffee was perfect.

Front desk gave our room key to someone. This person came to our room and opened the door while we (family of 4 with two young kids) were inside and thank God the safety lock was on because they opened the door and said “if you don’t let me in there will be trouble” then tried to push in and break the lock. We immediately called the police. The explanation given was it was the wrong room. Although plausible that doesn’t explain why this person who had OUR room key threatened and tried to break in. The hotel said they wouldn’t/couldn’t comp us because we paid through Expedia. We packed and left to a safer and nicer hotel. But between the managements ridiculous response and the fear we are now all feeling (I have ptsd and this set me back about 5 years) I recommend AVOIDING this hotel and any hotel under the same management. Horrible experience that we will now have to recover from.
