Floors turn your feet black in minutes. Walls are paper thin. Noise complaint for our kids just walking around the room. Worst part it was 815. Who has 8pm quiet hours??? Fine if it’s you and the significant other as long as you wear shoes around the room, but if u got kids best to take them a place that’s cleaner and doesn’t make them tip toe at 8pm.

Staff was very friendly. When I asked about having an extra cot brought in to accommodate my kids, a staff member upgraded my room to a studio for free. We are very comfortable now!

The hotel was impeccable. From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and clean, with all the necessary amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept like a baby. The breakfast buffet was delicious with plenty of options. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area.

The hotel was very clean, staff were very helpful and courteous. The location was not great for us as it was way west of the city center and places we had planned to go. I should have paid more attention to the address before booking. Also on our floor there were several room with high school sport team kids so it was a bit noisy

We stayed in room 211. This was a suite and it was very roomy and clean. However, there were guests above us, that had to be very small children, and they ran back and forth and stomped on our heads! We complained to the front desk, and he made a phone call, but nothing changed. The children woke up crying and screaming in the middle of the night and were up running around at 6 AM… The insulation at this hotel is awful, and the staff needs to be more strategic where they place small “Rugrats”… first floor would’ve been a better choice for them!
