La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Eugene

We slept so well! I love your beds. I want one. I'm serious. How can I get one? Breakfast gave us several options. Thank you. We didn't do anything other than sleep there. Just needed a bed after a family birthday party.

Mostly great, people upstairs were incredibly loud and appeared not to care about their neighbors. Put small children on the 1st floor so their running and jumping doesn't affect others.

Very clean and friendly staff. Near the water and had a great view. Would stay here again with my family.

It was certainly an adventure. There were accomodation issues that were never able to be worked out, there were a lot of things not working, including an ice maker, drinking fountain, television, and briefly the elevator. Also, we found a pair of dirty socks and a hoof, which I am hoping was just a left behind dog chew. The staff was, in general, quite friendly, especially Emil at the front desk. All told, it wasn't the best experience, but my kids at least LOVED the pool and the waffle makers.

Staff was so rude, not helpful. Barged in my room and stayed there with my children present while I was in shower. We got a late checkout from night staff and sat staff came at us like criminals. Threatened us right in front of children. One housekeeper had her naked baby running around

The hotel itself was fine, but the walls are thin. We spent the night not sleeping well due to a lead foot above us and kids yelling in the hallways until 11pm/midnight or so. Breakfast was good, and the kids enjoyed making their own waffles. Room itself was clean and decently well kept, with regular wear and tear.

Unfortunately, the people above us were extremely noisy. It sounded like kids were jumping off the beds onto the floor. I called the desk 3 times (the last time after being awakened at 12:30ish am) and finally, after the 3rd try, the noise stopped. One of the people at the front desk indicated that they hadn't actually knocked on the door of the people above us to ask them to be quiet after my first two phone calls. Needless to say, this tainted my experience, as I needed to get up very early the next morning. Otherwise, the hotel was nice. It's just very discouraging when nothing is done about inconsiderate guests. I almost asked for a refund! Also, the parking spaces are ridiculously narrow. Almost impossible to park in a space between 2 cars. Make sure your bags are in your trunk or you may have trouble getting them out of your car.

Property was clean, however there were a group of kids running and screaming through the halls all through the night until at about 11:45 pm I heard someone in another room get up and shout at them to stop. I was waiting for a staff member to take care of the problem because surely they should have heard the kids going up and down the stairs playing tag and running through the first and second floor hallways.
