The stopper in the bathtub didn’t work so I asked to change to a room with a shower. The front desk person told me to pack everything back up (this occurred at 6am the day after I checked in) and come to the front desk for new keys. I asked if I could get the keys first and bring clothes on hangers to new room to make it easier. Frankly, I would have expected the hotel to offer some assistance with the move. Other guests I was traveling with had issues as well. While the staff is extremely friendly, the hotel would be better served if it wasn’t run by college kids.

Nolan asked what brought us through town and I burst into tears! He listened kindly as I sobbed through TMI moment! We had been going through medical testing for our 7mo old baby at doernbecher Children’s Hospital and were that day, cleared of cancer! Nolan made our stay so special and it was completely unexpected! We had dinner at the restaurant Ava the service was out of this world! Valet was amazingly fast and efficient and extra helpful! The Graduate is our place for life!

We had a great time. First of all, check in was smooth and the night attendant, Nolan, was friendly, professional and welcoming. The hotel upgraded us to a junior suite with plenty of room and ambiance. Beautiful room, spacious and relaxing. Bathroom was clean and modern, Bed was comfortable, chairs and couch were nice, enjoyed the view of the city.

10/10 for looking great but the room smelled musty and old - not good for people with asthma & allergies. Also, make sure there is an anti-slip mat in the bath/shower as the old anti-slip dots that was on the bath/shower is very old and does not work - our child slipped the second he put his foot in.

Really loved this place! Cool vibe, mostly quiet. Not your typical hotel stay. The room was uniquely designed and the bathroom was large. The beds were very get comfortable. My only complaint is the bathtub was stained. It seemed clean, but permanently stained. Otherwise, the bathroom was clean. Great bar area where families were welcome other than at actual bar. Foosball and ping pong were fun! Great food in the coffee area in the morning. I will be staying there again.

A really fun hotel. Great common area with ping pong and games that the kids had a blast taking advantage of.

The family trip was just an overnight. The room had charm and the decor was adorable. The bathroom was very small and there was no audible fan. The water pressure was low, but tolerable, and there was no trash can in the bathroom. The room itself was comfortable and the beds were very comfortable. The heater didn't seem to be able to blow hot air, only cold air. That could have been user error though. Good walking distance to shopping and food. Security was good. There was a smell in our room like someone had recently smoked and they had tried to cover it.
