This was part of a longer trip. Love the spacious room, comfortable bed, and mini kitchen. Staff was great, and the breakfast was excellent. Perfect for our family.

Extra big room for my family. Was really satisfied. Wonderful place to stay.

I called for extra towels and toilet paper twice and nobody came to bring any. I had to borrow from my families rooms nearby.

Good hotel with big room for my family of 5 people. Breakfast menu is good. My family so happy stay at Home2 Suite. Highly recommended.

Property was nice and convenient for my family. We were attending a band event. Rooms were spacious and clean, but unfortunately bathrooms were not properly clean. We reserved two rooms and in both of them showers were dirty with mold growing in corners and cracks around them. I was not pleased about that specially in a hotel charging over 200 bucks at night.

The rooms are huge by hotel room standards…this allows for our toddlers to run around without worry of injuring themselves.

Was told I was Evicted from this hotel, because of my name. Someone with the same name as me was evicted. I have a very common name. I had never been Eugene before beside dropping off my freshman to college the week before and I just stayed the day. What was very upsetting is that my family and I where just heading to Eugene which was a couple hour drive and no hotel. It was a game night so there was very little hotels to be found. Thank goodness I found a hotel but it was double the price. So next time maybe you should make sure you have the right person.

We always stop here on the way to California. Our room wasn’t ready and we had to wait 30 minutes in the lobby. I think I should have been compensated for going through that with tired and hungry kids. They should do something to make it right, give a small credit or snacks or something, not just extra water bottles…

There was a couple arguing banging on walls being violent a lot of young people drinking definitely not for a family stay. The bathroom doors don’t close or lock. The front desk didn’t have any manager and they did nothing to help.

Although the hotel promises satisfaction we were not satisfied or had a chance to reconcile our issues. At the time of visit the hotels key card system was broken and needed to be open by staff. This was a minor inconvenience however our door dead bolt became jammed in the locked position due the door not sitting properly in the frame which needed to be adjusted which was very inconvenient. Leaving my wife and children stuck inside the room while maintenance tried to open the door. We received a noise complaint at 10am because we were walking in our room getting ready for the day. Making us feel anxious and uncomfortable about the slightest noise. The entire stay lacked good customer service. There is no managers or supervisors that work on the weekend so trying to be helped is practically impossible. We have reached out to the manager there and still have not heard anything back after one week. This hotel is convenient in location but lacking in professionalism and customer service.
