Very convenient and close to walkable shopping that allowed your vehicle to remain in a secure place. We stayed the morning before Easter, so my kids were pleasantly surprised to find Easter eggs hidden throughout the hotel the next morning

My family and I stayed there when we lost power after an ice storm. The hotel is clean, warm and staff was very friendly! On one of the evenings of fire alarm went off due to a burst pipe. The staff did an excellent job helping folks navigate the seemingly emergency that turned out to be a false alarm. We felt safe and taken care of.

The only big drawback is that none of the key card systems were working, but that allowed them to have good service while solving peoples problems. Overall happy kids, happy dad.

Great hotel, would definitely stay here again. The room had plenty of storage for a family of four staying the week, the beds are very comfortable, it was conveniently located and parking was great.

Nice overall, location is great and food and shopping is right below you w many options to choose from. Free parking and breakfast. The breakfast was okay some days the food options were better than others. The indoor pool/sauna had this smell and my eyes were burning after a bit. The smell lingered after you left too. The AC was loud in the room and our room was near the lobby which had a bar and it was very loud one night even after 10 and stayed loud until after 12. Luckily my kids slept through it.

We were there on Easter and the staff put out eggs for the children. That was a nice surprise The breakfast court was very nice. The kids loved the pool.
