Check in was timely and easy. The staff was super personable from check in to the check out to the maid staff. Room was comfortable, clean and in amazing condition. Only bummer was no pool for the kids but they made that up by having lots of family activities in the lobby, pool table board games etc. will stay again 100% our go to for the Eugene and Springfield area.

The gym is excellent, one of the best equipped among the places I’ve stayed at. The only issue is that there is no way to control the temperature in the room and it gets hot and stuffy, especially during workout. Our family likes the breakfast options and the drink dispensing machine so we can fill up our water bottles for the trip. Our dog is very happy here as well. Highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was super nice, and the employees were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the soaps/shampoo, etc were really nice. The only complaint I had was the air conditioner was freezing and couldn't really be adjusted, other than turning it off. The games and pool table in the lobby were fun for the family. The breakfast was good and plentiful. The location was very convenient to UofO and the freeway. Would definitely stay again.

Nice and comfortable , only issue was the room above ours was making a lot of thumping noise late into the night, like kids running or playing , so this was disturbing

Very clean and comfortable. Staff was very helpful as we had a late check in. Nothing to look at or walk to but a nice family friendly affordable hotel. Kids loved the pancake machine.

My family loved this hotel! Quiet, clean, and great room. Awesome breakfast options and 24 hour coffee/tea. The decor is mood-boosting and colorful. Will most definitely stay here again next year!
