Close to campus. Hot tub was a little dirty and not working when we were there. Hotel layout was great for family trip

A fairly new property and every thing is clean and good condition. My only complaint is the heavy chlorine smell throughout the first floor due to the indoor swimming pool. Our room was down the room from it and it was all I could smell as I tried to sleep. My kids thoroughly enjoyed playing in the indoor pool though so my complaint isn’t the pool itself. Maybe it just needed better ventilation. Breakfast was excellent! So many options. I’d stay here again. We only stayed one night before visiting UO which was across the street. If I had stayed another night I’d ask to move floors. Other that great hotel.

After a 14hr drive I was looking forward to using the bathtub/shower, but unfortunately it was filthy and covered in hair. When something as obvious as that doesn’t get cleaned, it’s hard to trust that anything else in the room was actually cleaned. Definitely didn’t feel comfortable going to bed that night with my infant daughter in sheets that may or may not have been washed, but we didn’t have a choice. After already paying $140 something for one night there, I’m also curious as to why there’s an additional $25 being charged to my account. Next time I do that drive I’ll remember to try somewhere else.

Perfect for a quick night stay. Room was clean. Pool was small, but my kids did not notice and enjoyed it a lot. Morning breakfast was fine for what we needed!

Check in was fast and the front desk employees were super friendly! The room was clean, accommodating (3) queen beds and very comfortable. We absolutely love their full buffet breakfast that went until 10am and check out not being till noon allowed the little ones to swim again before we headed out. Hands down, one of our best hotel stays.

The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The breakfast was diverse, lots of options, and always full. Room service was friendly and prompt. They took the time to arrange the kids stuffed animals into the bed in a very cute way. We would definitely be back.

Always have a great experience at Holiday Inn Express. Really love the breakfast, comfy, beds and good smelling Dove products. The Eugene location was very busy. Lots of hustle and bustle on a busy street next to the railroad tracks. Still managed a good night's sleep despite this and a screaming child nextdoor.
