Amazing service at check in. They accommodated us to a bigger available suite. At checkout Sebastian was phenomenal. We had an early checkout and we’re provided we’re amenities and to go breakfast bags. She even went above and beyond to pack us water bottles and get cheerios for my little ones. Definitely would stay there again.

We stopped here overnight on our way up to Willamette Pass for a ski trip! This was super affordable, the rooms were huge, the pool and hot tub were so fun for our kids, the breakfast way great, and the staff was so friendly and helpful! Would absolutely stay here again!

Got in late around 930pm. Only one lady at the front desk. She was on the phone for about 20 minutes trying to book someone’s stay. We were paying customers with tired kids, ultimately took about 30 minutes. No apology for the wait , but she was young so it felt like that’s what would be expected. No one in front of us in line except the phone booking. Keys didn’t work when we got to our room, TV didn’t work and couldn’t be fixed. Didn’t work entire stay. Breakfast was okay. Only one waffle maker so with a line of about 5 people it took about 15 mins to get a waffle for the kids. Over all, not impressive but not the worst either.

My family and I stayed here for one night on our way home from a trip. We arrived at the hotel around 10:00 PM and were greeted by Tyson, the staff member at the front desk. Tyson was professional and courteous, answering any question I might've had before I even asked it. The room was clean and well-equipped. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast had a good variety and everything that we had tasted good. Checkout was quick and easy, the front desk staff member was courteous as well, I didn't catch her name, though. Overall a pleasant stay.
