Holiday Inn Express & Suites Ashland, an IHG Hotel

Would’ve given a higher review if someone hadn’t opened my door in the middle of the night with a fake keycard. Scared all of my kids. Nobody monitors the halls at night. It’s loud and sketchy. Not work $250

The room was large and very comfortable for myself and my grandchildren. The 2 queen beds plus the fold out couch perfectly suited our needs. We love the beds and the pillows. Perfect for a good night's sleep after a long day of travel.

We have stayed at this property about 3 times before as we love the restaurant behind it. This time, however, will be our last. The hotel was gross. The shower had pink fungus growing on it. The curtains would not close so at 5:30 am we had a fully bright room with a 4month old baby. We called the night we checked in and let them know of these concerns and they said they had no rooms and they could do a partial refund. The next day the manager said they offered you an additional room last night ( untrue, the front desk said they had no rooms to move me into, as this is what I was actually asking for) and she offered to give me a $30 lol. That actually made me laugh. See the pictures and judge for yourself. We will never be staying here again.

We had the queen suite - firm beds, very clean, very large, perfect for our family of 4 even though my indestructible 15 year old son complained about the sofa bed. I slept on the floor at his age. We’re all doomed.

Great for a large family. We had two adults and four children one room comfortably with all of our luggage. The pool was cold but the children jumped in anyway. Breakfast was adequate with plenty of options.

We always stop here between California and Oregon. It has everything a family of six could want - activities like pool for the kids, fitness room for adults. And free breakfast with a range of options. Excellent customer service too. We will be back!

I was sad to see that our room did not have curtains. We had a pull down shade that you could see the street lights and sun through. We came in late and I really wanted some sleep. But around 6am doors started slaming outside and then the sun started streaming in, so sleep was cut short. The staff were really nice though and my children enjoyed the indoor pool.

Room is spacious and adequate for my family of five. Good dining options within walking distance. Staff wasn’t able to let me check in early, which is fine and totally out of their control. Staff was very responsive to my needs throughout the stay.

We were extra enthusiastic about our stay, because it was so comfortable for our dog. This was the easiest and loveliest place for our family by far.

Great stay for our family. We would definitely stay here again.
