Reception staff was excellent. Our room was located on the bottom floor and the walls were paper thin. We could hear the people in the room next to us sneezing and the people upstairs sounded like they were stomping but it was likely just thin building materials. AC unit was dated and noisy. Not a hotel it was a motel. Included breakfast was fit for a camping trip for small children, not humans who eat food. Would not stay again.

Perfect location close to town. I parked my car on arrival and walked everywhere. The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Breakfast was good with a lot of standard options. If you want great coffee walk to town to Mix. The housekeeping staff was amazing and kept the property and rooms tidy. The AC worked really well. I’d definitely stay again.

Great locaton. Park your car and walk to theater, restaurants, and shops. Nice pool that our grandkids loved.Nice free breakfast too.

My family has been coming to the Shakespeare Festival since 2013. This is our first time staying at The Bard’s Inn, and I think this will be our go to place to stay moving forward. The staff was great, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the inn is in a great location, just 6-8 min walk to the theaters, shopping, and food.

Really enjoyed our stay in the Sonnet building. Shout out to Katia who faciliated our move from the original building to the Sonnet room. Her hospitality made a huge difference Breakfasts were substantial, the kids loved the pool and jacuzzi. Location couldnt be better - 1 block walk to the middle of Ashland, OSF and lots of restaurants, cafes, nightlife and parks Free EV charging was a major perk Would love to stay here again
