Great for pets and kids, light outside kept it bright all night and curtains didn’t close fully. Good pool area and nice facilities

I went down on a business trip with a family member, rooms were clean and comfortable. Customer service is above and beyond to the point that one of the desk folks even offered to bring a microwave from the employee break room to my mothers room so she could make popcorn!! The only down side for me was the shower had to handheld shower to reach those tricky bits. Definitely will be booking here again on my next trip!

I’ve stayed here twice now for softball events in Medford and this is truly the best hotel I have ever stayed at for this price point anywhere (and honestly better than most hotels at a higher price point). The restaurant and bar on site is actually great, and the facility is laid out perfectly—you can sit on the patio and have adult time and still watch your kids swim in the pool. The rooms are not carpeted (love this) and they are CLEAN. They smell fresh and inviting and the decor is lovely. The beds are super comfortable and the room was quiet despite the hotel being full while I was there. They have nice ice and water dispensers. The included breakfast is good. Everyone who works here is friendly. Flawless!

So, this is going to sound like a paid advertisement, but I still cant believe how amazing this hotel is. Its worth way more than what we paid per night. I made sure to track down all the other Margheritaville hotels so that i can make sure to plan my trips around them. The rooms are clean and comfy, that staff is incredible, and the environment is bar none the best thing aince we were in Hawaii! I went here to visit a sick family member and left planning my next vacation to Lake Tahoe because they have a resort there too!!

I could hear the room above us. Child running people walking in heels. At 2am I could hear a baby crying and people out in the hall way talking. Very nosy place to sleep. I did call down to the front at 10pm to tell them my self and family could not sleep due to all the noise up stairs and the front desk was nice about it and it did quite down for a bit after that but still could hear lots of noise all night long.

Everyone there was so polite so friendly with everything. Everyone from the front desk to house keeping were great and helpful. I would definitely say again and recommend family and friends to stay there.

Our first experience at any Compass Hotel was this past weekend in Medford. The hotel is fairly new, and the suite we got was spacious and nicely maintained. That is where the "good" ends. The first night (Thursday) was great. However, Friday and Saturday nights were a nightmare!!! There were literally hundreds of kids (sports teams were staying there) screaming, and running up and down the hallways and stairs all evening and into night, both nights. We repeatedly complained and the noise continued. On Saturday night, we added a barking dog (didn't even know they allowed pets), directly under our room. Needless to say, we got very little sleep Friday and Saturday nights, and management did basically nothing about it. Woke up late on Sunday morning due to exhaustion, and asked for a later checkout due to the circumstances. They refused. THIS IS THE WORST HOTEL SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD. Virtually no concern for the comfort of their guests. On a scale of 1-5, I would give them a -1.

We did not realize this was a Jimmy Buffett/Margarita property. Typically don't like 'theme' hotels; probably would have skipped this if had known. Glad we didn't, as it was a great stay! The staff was helpful and the hotel has a good energy ... resortlike, with guests and families having a great time. Our room was clean and comfortable. Good shower and nice towels and bedding. As mentioned in earlier review - excellent breakfast! Our stay was just a quick sleep stop on the road, so did not benefit from anything covered by 'resort fee'. In the end, would have spent more than that on restaurant breakfast that would not have compared to this hotel offering. We'd stay again if in Medford!

This is a gem of a hotel, excellent service and amenities family friendly great vibe exceptionally clean lovely outdoor area
