My family stayed just one night, but we were very happy with the cleanliness and enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Breakfast in the morning was a huge hit with the kids! Would definitely stay there again.

Very poor customer service. Very rude, disrespectful, and dismissive.You have to have a wrist band to use the pool but you don’t get one for every registered guest. You get 2 per room. The kids feet got cut up in the pool. They were out of bandages when we went to the front desk. She said people kept coming asking for them. I think they were already aware of the problem.

Staff was nice. Very easy to find and get to from freeway. The pool area is very nice and family friendly. I dont have small kids but the splash pad area for the younger kids is very nice. Loved that breakfast staff made sure to refill all items promptly. It was easter weekend so the hotel was packed. But staff made sure that everything was stocked

This is a great place to stay. The staff if friendly and it’s very clean and inviting. The rooms are updated and the beds were actually comfortable. Great pool area for the kids and a nice breakfast is offered. Would stay here again!

I have never had a better hotel experience than this one. The staff were extremely helpful and nice. Breakfast was incredible (clean, MANY options, and delicious). The pool area was PERFECT for both kids and adults! Add the smell and overall cleanliness of the hallways and room was like nothing I’ve experienced. Could not recommend this hotel enough! If your in the area, you have to check it out!

The staff was great! But I specifically booked this hotel for a pool to do my therapy. The minute I got there they said the pool was closed because two days earlier some kids pooped in it. I belong to a fitness club and I know it doesn't take 3 days or more to clean a pool. But because it was the weekend I'm sure they weren't going to call anybody in to add extra chemicals. I wish I would have known or I think I should get a decrease in my cost for it.

It was the worst stay I’ve ever had. I took a day off from work to take my kids to the pool for Christmas break and they tell me upon checking in that it’s closed. I had already packed a car and traveled there and now had three sad disappointed children in front of me so I stayed. Why wouldn’t they inform their guests checking in with chicken prior to check in? I will be calling about This I am NOT happy. The biggest waste of time and money.

Convenient to friends and family for our trip to Cleveland. The staff were great. Had to take meetings in the lobby after check out and it was quiet and comfortable.
