Room was great. Super comfy and great for the family. There was trash over flowing out of two lobby receptacles. The hotels dot com photos showed a hot tub, there was non. There was a random cooler in our hallway that never moved but was a tripping hazard.

Nice hotel with a pool and patio areas to sit and relax at. We only stayed 1 night and happened to be there during a baseball or softball tournament happening in the area so the hotel was packed with teenagers and kids that were load and took up the pool and patio area. I am sure if it wasn't soo many kids it would have been a better stay, but the hotel itself was updated and clean. Would stay there again. Plenty of dinning options and shopping in the area.

As a family we drive out to the East Coast regualrly and we've been trying different facilities, and came upon this gem. I don't think we'll need to look for another hotel. Staff was amazing and rooms are super clean and comfortable.

This place was very fancy and beautiful. I definitely felt out of place because it was high end but the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and very clean. The pool and gym area were clean and very nice. We did not purchase the breakfast because it was buffet style and cost 15.99. For a family of 5, it was a bit out of reach for us.

We had a room on the second of three floors. The people in the room above us have children who have been jumping, banging, and tumbling for hours. I contacted the front desk to ask that they intervene. The racket continued. Why people choose to stay in a third floor room and then allow their children to behave that way is absolutely incomprehensible.

The carpet was very dirty and had spots, when we got there the floor had just been washed and was still wet so one of our children fell. The bathroom did not have a ventilation so when you took a shower the whole room got filled with steam
