Comfort Inn Northeast

My wife and I have family in Tennessee. This is 'half' way between home and them. We have stayed many times and always find it more than adequate.

Worst hotel i have ever stayed in. Hair was left in the sink from prevous people. There was a hole dug next to the fridge with trash still next to it. The microwave still have someone elses food still there and the allow kids to run around the halls yelling and.screaming until after 10pm. I checked out 3 hours after arriving just to be told i can not have a refund since i was there for 3 hours already. I didn't realize 3 hours prevous kids would be allowd to terroize everyone else paying to stay also. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS U ALSO HAVE DISRESPECTFUL KIDS AND DONT CARE ABOUT CLEANLINESS AND RELAXTION. THEN THIS IS PERFECT

My family had to get a couple of rooms due to a power outage. Upon checking into our rooms, we found bedbugs. We reached out to the front desk and they said they would be up to our room (still waiting to hear from the manager). We ended up leaving and braving the power outage in a winter storm

Our first room smelled of recent cigarette smoke. It was a non-smoking room, and we chose that kind for a reason (my wife is asthmatic). We went to the front desk and changed rooms. The second room smelled fine. However, the air conditioning did not work. There was very little water pressure in the shower. And the beds were tiny. No way to comfortably fit a family of four. None of us got a good nights sleep, because it was cramped and hot. We woke up sweaty and gross the next morning, and could not properly shower ourselves clean due to the lousy water pressure. We had initially booked a three night stay at this hotel, but we switched to a neighboring hotel for nights two and three. The price was comparable, but the comfort and quality were far superior at the new hotel. There is no way this hotel deserves anywhere near an 8.2 star rating. Way overpriced for the level of comfort we received.

The staff was very rude when we checked in, they didn’t give us the right room we payed for, wouldn’t even give us extra blankets for my three kids, and the bath tub was broken and they wouldn’t switch us rooms. I couldn’t even bath my newborn after being at kings island all day

Great place to stay with all the stores close by. Easy on and off the highway. Nice for family's or lone travelers. Will stay there again. Staff was friendly and hotel is very clean.

We stayed at this hotel for one night while driving from Toronto to Atlanta. We choose this hotel based on other reviews. Hotel and room were simple, but clean and convenient, especially compared to other hotels in this price range. The wifi worked well, but a little slow. Breakfast was better than expected with a good selection. We were traveling with our kids, aged 11 and 7. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to others.
