Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Columbus Marysville

The parking lot was being redone and no prior notice was given to move our cars. In preparation for the resealing some trimming needed to be done. As soon as I found out I agreed to move my car. Supposedly due to the trimming dirt got on my car. So much dirt was on my car you couldn’t see the color of the hood and couldn’t see out the windshield. I refuse to believe this happened due to an overzealous trimming job. If they posted notices in the hallways & elevators. I would have quickly complied. Somehow they were surprised the staff wasn’t informed by upper management about the resealing. However it happened it was bad planning bad management and the childish vandalism to my car was in called for.

After a long drive here to Ohio, my husband and I were able to get some very good nights of rest and spend quality time with family in Marysville. The room was so clean. The bed was comfortable and the whole complex smelled refreshing.

Paper thin walls/ceiling. Unused white noise on my phone but I could still hear someone in the room beside me snoring. My 1st night the people above me partied all night long. At 4:30 am I could hear one of them gagging and puking. The next night a family with kids checked in. Sounded like a heard of elephants checked in as the kids constantly ran back and forth. Front desk told me they could move me to a different room. I had been there two nights already and was settled in. Why should I have to move when they just checked in? Such a great clean place but if your neighbor moves you’ll hear it.

The room was really nice! It was very clean! The person at the reservation desk was just awesome! The exercise room was well equipped. The pool was clean but so small. For small children it would be fine but for adults, it was way too small, almost insulting. Perhaps the establishment should consider adding a hot tub.

The hotel was very clean and staff helpful and courteous. Rooms are spacious and clean. The pool is small. Not much room for anything other than getting wet. Would be great for a handful of kids. Continental breakfast was very good. Many options to fill your belly.
