I get that it’s being remodeled. The bathrooms really need it, and the carpet needs to be removed. Maybe when those are done, it will be better. The maid came really early, or not at all. Most folks on vacation to see family don’t even leave the room until noon/1. So a late maid service option would be nice. Given our schedule, we never had maid service. Had to get our own towels/tissues/etc.

This was just an overall bad experience. I don’t leave many reviews, but this stunk. My family traveled all day and arrived very tired at 9:40pm. I stood in the lobby ringing a bell for service for 8 minutes before a girl finally came. Another guest came in part way through and said he had waited 5 min for the front desk to answer his call. I got checked in, went and got my family and all our luggage up to our room- we enter to find coffee stains in the sink, toothpaste splatter on the mirror, hair, etc. Just gross. There was an inch of dust. Honestly. I would find another place.

It was expensive for the location. The carpet was soaking wet next to the bed. The room was a good size and offered good space. There was mold on the bathroom tub area ceiling. I asked to get an earlier checkin but was not accommodated at all. We made other arrangements for a place to go to get ready for our event. I should have cancelled the hotel stay and stayed with family. Checked in late and needed to leave 2;30 AM so didn’t get use of the breakfast we paid for. All in all, I will not stay at this location if ever a hotel is needed in Fremont again. I’ll stay in Port Clinton at the Fairfield by Marriott. Treated much better by Marriott.

A pleasant experience from check-in to check-out. Easy access in and out of building. Clean and comfortable room with refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. Breakfast included! I would recommend this place to family and friends.

The hotel was quite nice and comfortable. My only complaint would be that I could hear kids running around in the halls because the walls are a bit thin. Other than that, we had no problems with our stay here, and would gladly stay again.
