I love the location and the rooms very clean. However there was a ton of mold in the shower head and drain, the shower door leaked. For the most part it was clean but there were a lot of kids swimming and running around and the lobby floors were soaked and never mopped up or a caution sign. At one point during the night someone was banging on the door trying to get in and police were called

I booked a room for three adultsand was told there was a separate sofa bed at booking (even called to check) Got there and only a king size bed with no where for third person to sleep other than small chaise in room. (toddler size) The front desk person was not very accomodating and did not offer any solutions -- no roll away beds etc. Very disappointed in the way the situation was handled. Was in town for a funeral of close family member and not a great way to start my trip

I had stayed at 2 different Best Western's in diff cities visiting family in Ohio and was EXTREMELY disappointed in my stay each time. So I cancelled my last day reservation and decided to give this place a try. I'm super happy I did. Even my son and nephew came with me at check in and proclaimed how much better the hotel looked in comparison to Best Western's hotel. Def will book here again.. Staff was wonderful also even the cleaning girls I met!
