Only negative thing to say about this stay was the breakfast this morning. There were no bowls so the kids had to eat cereal out of cups. And the food was very picked over and the area was messy. Otherwise it was a great stay.

Room was large, clean, and pretty. Pool was nice. Breakfast was very disappointing, though. Not a lot of options especially with kids. Waffle machine was broken (I understand things happen), but the alternative was stale bagels and gluten free muffins.

The location of this hotel was great. The rooms were clean and the property itself was nice. Our biggest issue was the fire alarm went off in the entire building at like 2am. We have two small children who woke up hysterical from the loud alarms. We were finally able to get them back down: outside of that, everything was great!

At first I was pleasantly surprised to see that I could do an early virtual check-in. When I got to the hotel to “pick up my keys” from the front desk, the receptionist checked me out instead of in. I had to wait for them to fix the mistake while my brother, who did not do the early check-in, went up to his room with my children. While sitting down I eventually felt like someone was standing next to me. I looked up to see the receptionist handing me room keys. After handing me the cards she simply walked away. This incident and the crusty spots on the couch, spots on the wall, crumbs on the trundle bed, and watered down apple juice are why I will never stay at this site.

we stayed at this hotel with two kids. The staff was very nice and welcoming. The room was spacious, clean and modernized. we requested the crib for a baby and they got us the pack and play which was clean. Best hotel I stayed so far. Definitely will stay here again later.
