Everything was good except the lady at the desk told me to extend the room another day it would be 130 but I had left my card in the room n she u are find til tomorrow when I came down on Sunday morning it was 201 I was totally disappointed in her not reserving another n the difference in the cost is what i didn’t like n of course she wasn’t there Sunday morning so I hated that happen to my family I will choice another hotel in Dayton next time

Was ok ,ceiling falling in a lot of places. Breakfast was very good. Workers were very nice. Was charged 2 times for rooms and still waiting on our money to get back in our account. It was Christmas money. Like staying there because it’s close to our sons and their families. So very convenient.

It wasn't as nice as Hampton Inns we've stayed at in past, but it was fine for our needs. The beds were fine - not too hard and not too soft. The room was adequately spacious. The breakfast was okay, less than we expected, but okay. There's a grocery store across the street and a fridge in the room, so we were able to buy a few extras that we like for breakfast that way. We liked that they had plain oatmeal (instant packets). We had problems the first evening with noisy neighbors (chasing their toddlers up and down the hall, kids screaming and squealing - off and on for 2 hours). But they settled down by the time we went to sleep fortunately.

We called a day early to try and see if we could check in an hour early due to a death in the family. We arrived at 2:15 and it took 45 minutes until our room was ready. And ourvroom was the last to be cleaned in hotel. We noticed next morning they started cleaning rooms at 9 am.

The room had been renovated within the past year. It was set up for the modern family, meaning lots of USB outlets available. The mattress was new, because it didn't have the usual indentations of an old used mattress. The refrigerator was larger than some of the others that we've seen. The bathroom was clean and used soap and lotion wall dispensers instead of individual bars and bottles. The breakfast was good and they kept up when the eggs, sausage or potatoes would run out. The menu choice was different each day, which was enjoyable.

The hotel was very clean. My service was accommodating. Nice variety of breakfast. The shower head was broke the TV didn't get a good signal and I couldn't open my blinds because they were broke. But most of all the hotel overcharged me they charged me twice which caused my account to go into overdraft and all my kids is Christmas presents have been rejected because they took out more money than they should have.

my wife and i had one room and my daughter and her two boys ages 7and12 where in another room.we had wonderful stay and we have been staying at this hotel every time we come to huber heights which has been at least once the past few years. we like the accomodations and the vicinity to visit our family there.

this is an amazing property with a staff second to none. i have four grandchildren who are very picky eaters and both mornings they came away stating they were stuffed.

Everything was wonderful....staff was friendly and helpful. Our grandkids enjoyed the pool!
