Tru by Hilton Beavercreek Dayton

Checked in late at night, but got friendly greeting. Room was immaculate and the beds were so comfortable. Slept like a baby!

This was one of the best experiences we have ever had at a hotel. The hotel was so clean and we loved the concept of having less clutter in our room and more to do in the lobby. The staff was beyond nice and so helpful. Agnus, Taira, Brandie and Bridget made our day perfect. My two fur babies got a treat from them everyday. This will be our go to in the future when visiting our family.

Pool was small and full of kids yelling and running around the pool. The staff was very friendly and breakfast was nice.

Our stay was amazing. We didn’t wanna leave. It was an overnight trip for kids and myself just to celebrate end of school. The staff was amazing and it was so so clean. Hotel was beautiful, beds were so comfy. Kids loved the breakfast and the hot chocolate. Thank you so much for having us. We’ll definitely be back. P.S kids wanna kno where they got the pillows lol

The hotel was great, was very clean, rooms were more dorm like but had everything we needed. Lobby had a pool table and foosball, as well as some other activities for families. Highly recommend.

The hotel room was very small. Much smaller than I had anticipated. The bathroom didn’t have an exhaust fan which I thought was odd. The biggest thing is when you showered, the water had a slippery feeling. I know that sounds odd, trust me, it was very odd. It was like no matter how much you rinsed your skin had a slimy, slippery feeling. I’ve stayed at many hotel, and this was a first for my family of 4. We were on the 3rd floor and was able to hear every car door shut and every alarm horn sound. For the price we paid, it was very disappointing. It would have been different had it not been around $135 to stay there. We thought we’d splurge on the hotel and get a really nice one, but we wished we hadn’t. We would have gotten more for less elsewhere I feel.

Several family members stayed for a memorial gathering. Clean, dog friendly, spaces to gather, snacks and beverages available for purchase…it was perfect for our group to stay and gather. Most important to me though is cleanliness.

Usually stay at Hilton Garden Inn Beavercreek when we visit family in the area. Thought we would give Tru a try since it is a newer property. Staff was friendly and courteous upon arrival. We arrived late evening and noticed when we awoke the next morning that the floors (no carpet in room) were not clean and debris was scattered around including a few toe nails. On way out for the day around 10AM went by front desk and asked if floors could be cleaned while we were gone for the day. The front desk clerk response was "today"? I told him condition of floors and that it was unacceptable and he said he would tell housekeeping. Arrived back at 5PM and the floors hadn't been cleaned. I noticed a housekeeping cart at end of hallway, grabbed a broom and swept them myself. The pile of debris was gross. Throughout our 3 night stay we never heard from hotel staff. Other than that the hotel was ok although I am not a fan of the spartan/minimalist rooms with no microwave or coffee maker. I have stayed at Hilton hotels all over the country and this hotel was probably the worst experience.
