Holiday Inn Cleveland-Mayfield, an IHG Hotel

Our stay was amazing! The hotel staff were very accommodating! I was traveling with a 10 year old an an infant and they found a room on the first floor for us. The front desk ladies were extremely nice and the women who helped with breakfast in the morning was very nice and went above and beyond for everyone

Staff was friendly, quick service, nice location. But the main issue and caused a change of our plans was due to the amenities in the hotel were not available. Pools were out of service (due to remolding) but the front desk said the pools been closed for years and apparently remodeling. This was unexpected being the hotel was advertised with such amenities. My family was looking forward to pool days/evenings as it was part of our schedule for activities. And upon arriving there’s a sign out only, nothing mentioned up front by staff; until I asked: she pointed to a side sign . So I would suggest updating such info on the applications hotel location info and hotel website on the amenities that are actually working. Now I understand that sudden things break down but in this case it was not in function for years . So there shouldn’t be an excuse for lack of information on sites . There should be/have been a credit due to this inconvenience.

Very family oriented

There was too much noise in the restaurant. A whole bunch of kids yelled and screamed. There were only limited seats in the restaurant and they were short of staff. Later, in my room, I could hear someone running up and down the corridor. Other people slammed doors and talked loudly in the corridor near my room. By the way, there was no indication about reservations for the restaurant.

I stayed here the night before having big surgery at the hillcrest hospital. It was a short distance from the hospital as well as close to a lot of dining options! Loved the area it was very quiet but seemed family friendly! The room was very nice and updated as was the rest of the hotel! Would definitely come back!

Stayed here with family and friends for a graduation weekend. Staff is extremely friendly all the way down to housekeeping and the bar staff at the restaurant. Rooms were clean updated and hotel was very quiet. Food was good at the restaurant in the hotel. nice to know they still make things from scratch. Breakfast buffet was really good. I highly recommend.

Great stay really. I have stayed at a lot of different hotels and this one came in at one of the tops they had a lot of amenities. only problem I had was I brought all of my kids to swim, and the pool is closed right now so was kind of a bummer. other than that, no complaints they have free charging for EV which was really nice because I had rented a hybrid for our trip. and they have a nice restaurant inside of the hotel I have kids, so we stuck with ordering pizza, but it looked amazing inside of the restaurant.

My family went to this location to go swimming, POOL is CLOSED until SPRING for renovations. Very clean rooms, bed was not as comfortable as some joyless I’ve slept in. Melissa, at the front desk was very helpful.

The hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly, and the food at the restaurant was very good. When my family members arrived after we checked in the front desk still managed to give my family members a room just right across the hall from us.

Were just there for one night while in town for a family party. Spacious, clean and quiet room. Was disappointed that the pool was closed for construction but will have to come back next summer and enjoy the new build.
