Hyatt Place Cleveland/Lyndhurst/Legacy Village

Pool was down while we were there, kids were disappointed. Great location with tons of food options and shopping center. We will be back!

Excellent place to stay for our family of 5. Nice large rooms and the pool was nice and warm even mom & dad went for a swim. Great breakfast and staff top notch!

No hot water in sink Phone didnt work 3 days of garbage in room. Had to dress and take a 7 year old downstairs with me everytime i needed something. 5 trips Have never had these problems at a Hyatt before. No food available lunch or dinner. Free breakfast? Not when we went down at 8:50 with a hungry child and nothings left. Didnt even try to go the 2nd morning. Really inconvient. So discussed

I loved the location of the hotel and it was walkable. My children loved the pool. The breakfast the hotel had was convenient. I would definitively stay there again

Attached to a beautiful outdoor mall. I loved that you could walk to Starbucks in the morning and the kiddos loved the pool. We’ve noticed that many of the Hyatt Place locations do not offer pancakes or waffles at their locations but free breakfast otherwise is a bonus for me! We love Hyatt Place and will return.

The state of the hotel was okay. I had been there previously in December and found it to be amazing. Upon arrival this time the front desk staff was not too incredibly friendly but as the weekend went on some staff members were friendly and others were just not so much. So I guess it just depended on who you were working with at that given time. The room above us had a handful of children who stomped and clobbered and screemed and ran which is really not the hotel's fault but it was somewhat disturbing. The facility was clean and well maintained.

Everything about my stay at the Hyatt was great. From the time we checked in, from the time we left. The staff was extremely friendly, when my husband asked for extra towels, they were delivered at our door in less than 10 mins. The breakfast was great, and kid friendly. I overall loved my stay, and can see me booking with them in the near future.

I'll stay really demonstrated is quality overall for cleanliness hospitality, and stay. However one of the things I notice right off of that was great beds very comfortable and family new. The other thing is I might mention if they can improve out of coffee hotels must have good coffee LOL that's just me

Stayed for two nights and staff were very friendly. Hotel was in a great location with lots of nearby shopping and dining options. Room and amenities were perfect for our family, and I would overall recommend the hotel.

This hotel is incredibly convenient for our family visits so we have stayed here multiple times and will do so again. It punches a bit above its 3 star rating, and there is much to praise: a decent free breakfast, a Starbucks right outside the front door, a restaurant/bar that is open late next to that, free and convenient parking. The room is perfectly fine, roomy with modern furnishings that show obvious but minor wear and tear: scuffed and dented corners, a cabinet door slightly off its hinges, etc. The staff is always pleasant and tries to be helpful. Just know one thing: if you are expecting your room to be cleaned, it will not happen without repeated, constant, and daily requests. You will be asked if you want your room serviced, but do not be fooled: you must ask for it, again and again, every day you stay, if you want this to happen. This has been the case year after year so just know before you go. Otherwise, expect a reasonably pleasant, perfectly nice stay.
