Hilton Garden Inn Cleveland East/Mayfield Village

I booked my stay at this Hilton Garden Inn specifically because it listed an indoor hot tub as an amenity. After checking in, my kids and I went straight to the pool area to find the hot tub empty with orange construction cones around it. After searching past reviews I realized the hot tub had been in this condition longer than 10 months. James from the front desk was super helpful for going out of his way to bring a bottle opener up to my room, and Renard was very friendly and accommodating to my kids and I at breakfast. I noticed some trash around the outside of the front entrance that was never picked up throughout my three night stay. My room, as well as all other areas were clean and tidy.

This property was selected because I was hoping to use the pool and spa as there was a death in family which reason for trip. I was advising other relatives to book a stay and they did. The pool had ice in it. The hot tub was empty and have been for a long time. IT WAS ADVERTISED AS HEATED POOL AND SPA. NO BLANKETS AVAILABLE. THERE SHOULD BE COMPENSATION FOR NO SPA AS ADVERTISED

I visit Ohio once a month to see my bonus baby and this hotel is always my first choice in the area, my only complaint is the hot tub is always out of order

I go every chance I get it’s nice quiet and relaxing Easy for kids to play in pool also

The pool was packed with unsupervised children. It was not safe or sanitary.

It was a my first time in Cleveland for a family visit and this was the best choice I made! The hotel is clean and the staff unbelievably professional! We had other family members stayed at nearby hotel (also a national chain) and they had a terrible experience with the staff!
