Residence Inn by Marriott Cleveland Beachwood

Very nice suites for our family with grown children and elderly grandparents who can all have privacy. Location is convenient to turnpike, and a lot more for less cost than any location in Cleveland.

I ended up here after my VRBO reservation turned out to be a scam listing and nothing was available for a family of 5. Although it was far smaller and had fewer beds and bathrooms than we were planning on, it turned out okay. I would definitely stay here again when we can book two rooms to have enough space for everyone. Staff was helpful and breakfast was delicious.

Stayed for 2 nights with my family, everything was as expected. Clean and quiet room, friendly staff. I would stay again when in the area.

The hotel was alright! Our room was not best as we expected the fridge and the AC made such a loud noise it was hard to sleep and stay asleep! The first night we had some loud people above us they was too loud kids were screaming running around crying parents were screaming yelling at the kids making loud stomping noise it was horrible this went on till almost 2 am!! Breakfast was okay!!! Staff was very friendly and nice!!! Room was okay bit outdated! Bed was comfortable!! Overall it was just okay!!! Location wise it was good a lot of restaurants and close to expressways!!

The property is in a convenient and quiet location in Beachwood approximately 2 minutes from the freeway. If you are not from that area there are various locations nearby where you can dine - some within 5-10 minutes of the property. Breakfast was not too pleasing so we ended up going to the grocery store that was also 5 minutes away. When getting your suite cleaned you have to be specific or all they will do is make the beds. As far as bedding it was okay but the comforter wasn’t really a comforter but a thicker bedsheet. So be prepared to ask for additional bedding if it’s not in the room. If it’s summertime the building will be humid for sure. The handle to enter our suite was loose and we were very surprised that it had not been fixed prior to our stay or even when housekeeping came. The rooms have very thick walls and doors so even if someone in another suite is loud or having a family gathering you won’t hear it in your room and the noise won’t carry but so far down the hallway. Staff was VERY respectful and pleasant. However, one day someone from housekeeping and houseman were having a disagreement in the hallway.

Housekeeping was terrible!!! I didnt get to stay there because of a death in my family and the agents showed no sympathy. I will never stay there again

We will definitely stay at this hostel AGAIN. The staffs are friendly, rooms are very clean and specious. We really enjoyed our family of 7 stay at this hotel. Great $$ spent!!

The stay was comfortable the suites are a nice size very roomy. The two bedroom suite was fantastic had a full kitchen with oven and a fireplace in the living room plenty of space for the family

We love the helpful and friendly staff, especially the front desk staff who makes us feel like family.
