They didn't let us stay. They turned my family and I away at the door even though we had a reservation. We booked the reservation and had a confirmation number. When we got there we waited in a 30-minute line. Finally, someone came out and announced to all the travelers that they were overbooked and had no rooms. This was at 7p and I had my small kids with me. We had to walk around to 4 other hotels to find a place to stay

Everything was good. Valet took awhile to get the first time, the breakfast was not that tasty, and we didn't get our pack n Play until the last nigh of our stay for our infant. But overall we enjoyed our stay.

We were traveling with our four month old infant and found that the staff was extremely helpful and kind from the momentwe steppedout of our car until checking out. We would like to commend the staff at the restaurant as well for their support and making sure that we were comfortable and had space to feed our baby

Hotel was good overall. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Room was clean, comfortable and close to what I needed downtown. Staff that they had were pleasant and helpful. It was apparent that they are short staffed- an unfortunate issue in many places. Our room wasn’t ready to check into at 5pm, but we had something else that we could do anyhow. So it wasn’t a deal breaker. When we returned to the hotel a little after 8- our rooms were ready. There was still some bed linens on the floor in the hallway we passed through. Food was great at their restaurant on site (no room service though). Wi-Fi wasn’t working either. So that would be a deal breaker if I was staying on business vs a family vacation.
