Hilton Cleveland Downtown

We had few issues. One sheet was stained so we had to replace it at midnight. They did it very fast. But still shouldn’t happened We were 4 (with 2 kids). Only 3 towels were left. The new habit to use tubes for shower gel etc. left us with shower gel shortage in the middle of a shower. Shouldn’t happened for 2 nights stay. Overall the hotel is nice downtown is nice. And the stuff was outstanding. So we enjoyed our stay.

Check in went super smooth. The room was clean and it didnt have that "stale air" when you first walk in. Water pressure and heat of the shower was top notch. The hotel staff was also really kind the entire trip. The convenience of the little store downstairs is so handy! Great quick bite options 😋. We ate a dinner at the Burnham.. My 11 year old approved their kids pepperoni pizza. As for location, it is perfectly located close enough for pretty much everything. We walked everywhere and the convenience of the location really was a winner. Great stay, if im ever here again, this is the only hotel for me.

The hotel is beautiful. The room was comfy and the styling was great. Hotel restaurant didn’t offer family type options and had low stars. Hotel itself was great.

My husband and I stayed here with our 2.5 year old for a weekend trip and had such a great experience. For families with cars - skip the valet and self-park in the easy-access garage across the street which gives you unlimited in/out privileges while paying one daily fee. The hotel was in a great area as well! We walked to dinner at Lindsey's Lakehouse Flats one night and then enjoyed a stroll up and down the boardwalk before walking back to the hotel. We didn't end up going to the Cleveland Children's science center since we ran out of time but it would have been a very easy walk. The room itself was spacious and had a gorgeous view of Lake Erie (we reserved a One King Yoga Lake View Accessible room - there were no yoga supplies so we may have been put in a different room, but we didn't mind since we had so much space, our son could run around and line up his toy cars and we didn't at all feel cramped). We had to call down for extra linens the first night (probably removed from the rooms for COVID reasons) and the staff delivered them in a reasonable amount of time. Would definitely stay here again.
