Extremely courtesy staff. I asked for a handicapped accessible room upon check-in. I did not request one in advance and none was available at check-in. When I arrived at my room, I received a call from the staff asking if I would consider an upgraded room to accommodate my handicapped family member. The staff took me to view the new room and I accepted. This has never happened to me. What a considerate and amazing staff. I recommend this hotel without reservation. Amazing, amazing, and amazing! Thank you so much!

This hotel used to be the place to stay in Cleveland but now seems to be run by management that simply doesn't care. Our family checked in and was taken to a room that had never been cleaned - trash everywhere, unmade bed, dirty bathroom. Although we were given a different room there was not apology, no effort to make it right, no hospitality - just rude, indifferent employees who clearly had no pride in their work. The furniture in the new room was chipped, the bathroom not cleaned properly (hairs on the floor still). This one should not really be a Marriott, and definitely should not charge the prices it does. I never complain online but am doing it now in the hopes that Marriott will pay attention.

The staff was amazing!! They treated us like family! Everyone was so helpful and kind - especially Mary at the front desk - she deserves a raise!!! Beautiful room with a view of Lake Erie. Right next to the Convention Center which was so convenient for my work. When I come back to Cleveland I would definitely stay here again.
