Comfort Suites Columbus West - Hilliard

We’ve stayed at this particular Comfort Inn on a previous visit to Columbus. It’s a clean hotel with a friendly staff. Fairly easy access off of the interstate. Would recommend to family and friends

The property is very nice. The breakfast really good. I would recommend this hotel. My only issue is the toliet is NOT handicapped friendly. It's too low. I was there with older family members. It was a little frightening trying to get them on and off the toliet. Take a raised toliet seat. Not enough hand rails in the bathroom for safety.

I stayed with my husband, daughter, and grandchildren. We chose this hotel because of the pool and a sofa bed for the kiddos. It was fine. Not my first choice if I traveled with my husband only. It could use an upgrade.

The overall stay was amazing! Clean, great breakfast, nice staff. The only complaint we had was the pool. It was FREEZING! Was super cold in the room and the water. We only stayed for about 45 min. A family before us did the same. They also slid our receipt under our room door while we were still sleeping which I thought was weird. We still had to checkout after.

We stayed here for 3 nights last week while taking our granddaughter to the Columbus Zoo. This was the perfect hotel for families. It had a really nice hot breakfast (eggs, sausage, waffles, and then all your continental items). It had a very nice indoor pool (even though it was very cold for Grandma & Grandpa). The rooms were very nice and spacious, slightly outdated but clean. The staff was wonderful. Front desk folks were very accommodating and the maid staff were very very nice and thorough. The area around the hotel was terrific. LOTS of restaurants, fast-food or sit-down. Perkins, Bob Evans, etc...And lots of shopping malls with drug-stores, etc, so if you needed anything it was right at your fingertips. Walmart within walking distance, but I wouldn't recommend walking, huge intersections to get to it by foot. Overall, great hotel for families especially, or just an overnight on your travels.

The desk clerk was friendly and quick at check in. The room was quiet and comfortable, though needed a little TLC: light burned out in the bathroom, shower/tub didn’t drain and mirror frame was all scratched up. Pool was open and being enjoyed by many kids. Common area was large. Great location: easy highway access and many dining and shopping options within a mile.
