Room was very small, pool was super dirty. Front desk called my room 5 times while i was trying to soothe my baby back to sleep bc the connecting room Complained she was crying. Elevators are crap, very old and jumpy. For a hampton def expected a better kept facility.

My children and I were traveling for a ball tournament. It was an excellent choice. Close proximity to EVERYTHING. It was quiet, staff was amazing, Hotel was extremely clean. We will definitely stay here again!

We often stay at this Hampton Inn when visiting family in Cincinnati because of its close proximity to our relative's home. The staff is always lovely (as was the case this time) but this is now the 2nd time in less than 2 months that we requested housekeeping and didn't get it. Our stays are generally only 2 nights over a weekend and the hotel was packed. We requested housekeeping (which would only be 1 day since we checked on a Friday and checked out on Sunday morning. At check in, the clerk confirmed that we wished to receive housekeeping services. After being away from the hotel for 13 hours on Saturday, we came back to a hotel room at 9:30 p.m. that had not been cleaned - no new towels, no emptied trash. I can make the bed, but like to request housekeeping since the trash bins are so small & to have fresh towels for our showers. This same thing happened to us on our last visit. I called the front desk & went down to at least get some fresh towels; I emptied our trash into the bins by the elevator. I know this isn't the Ritz-Carleton, but we probably won't stay here again after not receiving requested services twice in a row. Really disappointed.
