Best Western Clermont

So we booked a room through you guys. hotels.com and it was supposed to be 2 Queen beds. Apparently this hotel does not have Queen. Bet you told us wrong hotels.com. We got 2 full beds instead. Had we known that they did not actually have queens there and we were not lied to by u hotels.com, we would have picked a different hotel. Immediately when we got in the room, it was not clean. That was White Castle burger boxes on a swivel chair. The beds were super hard. We had no comforters. And unfortunately, neither I nor my children could sleep because the beds were too hard. Because of that I had to deal with a crying four-year-old and a crying, two-year-old, almost every night because they couldn't sleep. Never again. Will I not only trust you hotels.com but I will never be going back to that Best Western.

It was absolutely terrible. They did not honor a disabled vet rate, nor a best western card holder. The first room we had was absolute used after it was “cleaned” or the cleaning crew used it. Soap was opened and used and towels were damp. And it STUNK of almost a mildew or wet dog scent. We moved to a second room (2nd floor with a disabled vet and special needs child and no elevator) with all of our belongings. Only to not be able to get into the room due to the safety latch being used on the inside and the card not working on the other suite door. Even the managers master key wouldn’t work. Finally moved to a 3rd room across the parking lot on the second floor (more stairs). Nothing was said and/or done about it compensation wise. Will not recommend or ever stay at likely another best wester again.

The handicap walk in shower was too slippery. Hangers in awkward location. No lighting on one side of room. Pillows were small. Breakfast provided was very good and appreciated. We were there because of death in family.

We got a family suite, 2 double beds and a fold out sofa. The double beds were more like xl twin beds, not much room for 2 adults. A bit disappointed in the beds but all in all it was a nice stay.

The Best Western in Clermont is a short drive from downtown Cincinnati and it has everything you would expect from a quality hotel: wifi, clean rooms, great consistent housekeeping, the nicest lady at the check-in desk who helped my family with a few requests, easy parking, and a fantastic complimentary breakfast (eggs, sausage, toast, bagels, coffee, hot cocoa, biscuits, gravy, milk, juice, water, pastries, a working waffle maker, syrup, and more).
