Absolutely beautiful and quaint boutique hotel. Lovely, comfortable room. Wonderful shower. Horrendous, tortureous toilet ... think child's training potty. Otherwise, a memorable stay and we will be back.

The hotel is clean, has comfortable beds and all amenities you need. The restaurant onsite, The Grand Exemplar, offers great service and delicious breakfasts. We have stayed here several times when visiting family in the area and will be back.

We visit family in the Cincinnati area every 4 to 6 weeks and struggled to find a decent hotel that wasn't too far from where family lives (Batavia, OH). We've yet to find a better hotel than this one. It could use a little modernization, but overall, the rooms are very nice and the staff is exceptional. Clean - just a little "oldish" in the furnishings - and great location in a beautiful neighborhood. It's now our regular stop.
