The stay was really great, there was just one thing that dampened it for us. ALL of the staff were beyond friendly and accommodating. I enjoyed interacting with the friendly staff at the front desk and thought the amentities were really nice. Overall the location is very well kept. We would return. The noise was minimal. Elevators were fast and they had a lot of options for snacks & things. Our main inconvenience was this strange odor that seemed to start from our bathroom. We also noticed it at the front doors to the hotel when we first arrived. It smelled like someone got drunk and vomited all over the parking lot, and subsequently got sick in our bathroom. The lingering smell was similar to old vomit and it ruined our stay. We realized that we simply had to keep the bathroom door shut at all times otherwise it was unbearable. Outside of that we would give the venue another shot. They said they were booked solid so there wasn't anything they could do about. I stayed there with my husband and two young kids (3, 5).

We were in the middle of moving from NJ to OH and stayed here until our condo was ready. It was the best choice! Extremely friendly and helpful staff. I worked in the lobby every day and I seem them always cleaning and being friendly to every guest that came in. I was so impressed with the efficient staff morning and night crew. The breakfast was great and the rooms are brand new clean and up to date! We even had family just visit us from out of town and we had them book here. It is just a no brainer, absolute the best.

One of rooms had a spot on the floor body wash was out floors were sticky there was a tournament so there was a lot of kids at the hotel and they kept banging on random people door and running and we were one of the doors it happened to wasn't very happy ended up having a talk with the parents

I have nothing to say but amazing things!! My family and I moved cross country and our condo wasn’t ready for 3 days so we checked into this hotel for a second time it was so good! The first stay was when we came to check out the area this time was the permanent move. The staff is polite welcoming and extremely helpful. We had the pleasure of interacting with all shifts and everyone was kind hardworking and supportive of our needs. The place is quite extra clean and has a great breakfast. I had to work from the lobby every day and the wifi worked great for zoom calls and online schoolwork for my two sons. I recommend you stay here over all the hotels in the area.

Couldnt use bleach because of carbon dioxide dectectors i have kidney failure and have to clean my equipment.. couldnt get a shower or swim due to not being able to use cleaning supplies to do my access care. Too afraid of being charged 250 dollars. Also didnt know of the 50 dollar deposit and wont get it back for couple business days

A lot of TV channels to choose from. Bed was comfortable and the shower pressure was good. The hotel is noisy and has a lot of families staying there, which I don’t mind.

Nice my problem was it was to noisy I guess a lot of kids checked in and I didn’t get much rest, I would not booked if I had a known this, very tried traveling back home needed my rest had a few more hours to go and decided to stay here bad choice with the team there
