Clean room with great storage. My kids loved the breakfast options and watching their pancakes cook on the convayer belt in the machine!

The beds and pillows were comfy! The room was nice and clean. Very friendly workers!! The hot tub was shut down by the health department when we were there and the pool was extremely cold. Couldn’t even swim in it. I had 1 very disappointed child.

How young children are allowed to be unsupervised by an adult.

The room was in terrible condition. It smelled like dog urine. There was even a wet spot on the floor from urine. The hotel said there were no other rooms to let us transfer too. An employee came to the room and stated it smelled terrible. She very kindly sprayed freshener but every time the furnace kicked in the putrid smell was back. She also reported that 3 dogs were in the room the prior night. The employee also stated she would alert management and have them contact us. Additionally when checking out, I suggested the room be deep cleaned prior to renting again. The receptionist stated a member of management would contact us. No one has contacted me. And no one even asked us if anyone had allergies or other health related issues at check in. Very little sleep and a long way to drive after a family funeral.

Upon check in, were handed a card with zero words from receptionist. Had to open it to read room # and pry it out of her where we should park to be closest to our room. Tub didnt drain but room was clean though you could hear every single stomp above. Hot tub was closed 3 days prior by health dept for lack of chlorene but it still wasnt rectified. Walls around pool area were under repair and flakes and chunks of drywall all over the pool area where kids walk barefoot. No reason this was not cleaned up over the 2 day period. Overall the hotel is run down and in need of repairs.

Our room smelled like vomit and when we asked the front desk for help they refused to move us or help in any way. Oh, they did offer to change rooms if we paid a $50 up charge. Another guest brought down Febreze and let us borrow it and return to him. Thank God for angels. We will absolutely not be staying again, and we travel this direction a LOT for our childrens sporting events.

To say this hotel was dirty and understaffed is an understatement. Immediately when walking in we could tell the carpet had not been vacuumed in quite some time. We had to wait for check in for about ten minutes. When the front desk person came she apologized for the wait. The check in was ok but when we were on our way to our room we again noticed that the carpets desperately needed vacuumed. We noticed a wet floor sign in the elevator that appeared to have blood on it. Upon entering the room, once again the carpet was not vacuumed. Hair and trash on the floor of the bathroom, and no soap provided. This was not acceptable for my family and the front desk person was very kind, she vacuumed and offered to clean. We however asked for another room but none were available. We then asked for a refund and again the front desk person was very kind explaining our situation to hotel.com. The refund process took sometime but eventually was taken care of. Long story short, do not stay here, find something cleaner and better maintained.

There was a hockey organization that was staying there and kids were running and screaming through the halls WAY past quiet hours. Front desk did nothing. The light was broken in our bathroom. I asked the front desk to change the bulb while we were out and when we got back it wasn't fixed. They said they forgot which room number it was. There were messes everywhere, mostly due to this hockey club.

Good location. Overall a good hotel but a terrible breakfast. Nearly out of breakfast items other than cereal over an hour before the end of breakfast and it was never restocked. Pancake machine was broken. Cereal was mostly high sugar kids cereals like captain crunch, lucky charms, and trix. Also, they did not know if their cereals had nut products. There was one suspicious cereal that might have been some knock off honey nut cheerios. But they didn’t know…

I was in town for family medical reasons. The stay at Microtel Inn was relaxing, refreshing and convenient. From the moment I walked in the lobby, I knew the hotel was clean. Check in was fast and easy and the rest of the stay was pleasant.
