Absolutely unhappy. I made a reservation for a double room with 2 king beds and ended up with a single king bed. I have a big family and this has caused an immense amount of inconvenience. I’ve had to purchase an expensive blow up mattress and a few other things to make the space work for my family. I’m dissatisfied with me getting a room smaller than what I paid for at the same price

It was a good hotel room. Beds were comfortable, pool was a bit on the small side, but the kids enjoyed it. The only problem we had was at 11 pm we switched on the a/c and it ran for a couple of minutes, then stopped. We decided just to go to bed and hope it didn't get too warm because if we called that late at night they may want us to switch rooms and we just didn't feel like it. We tried to figure it out, but no matter what we did with the controls, it only worked a couple of minutes. It was a bit stuffy during the night, but we slept for the most part.

The room was not very clean on check-in, vacuuming is needed especially under the beds, there's gross stains on bed skirts and curtains, smears on microwave and fridge and all the cupboards, doors look gross, bathroom floor is in major need of renovation as the tiles are actually not attached to the floor anymore and move under your feet. This is room 311, 2 kings and 1 bathroom which is actually in a bedroom which is very inconvenient. The floors are majorly slanted causing the drawers in bedroom to stay wide open because they are so tilted and in turn getting in the way of the person who sleeps on that side having to go to the bathroom or anywhere. Get some child locks on that dresser. We requested cleaning service each day and only got it once. We ran out of towels, toilet paper and our trashes were over flowing as they are tiny. The cleaners literally didn't come until 530 one night and told us we had to "get out". They were on their phones with friends talking and in what looked like PJs. So insanely unprofessional. They didn't do anything but make the beds and take the trash. Once. We asked for each day. Just so utterly disappointed in a room that cost over 200$ a night at a Hilton. The hot tub didn't work either. And public spaces not clean. The night clerk didn't know how to tell me what my total was for the stay so that we could spilt the bill, I felt bad for her, it's not that hard to figure out. I worked at hotels for years and years, it's not hard to get a total.

Staff was on their phones and unhelpful on a potentially dangerous situation. Reported a gentleman who was intoxicated in the hot tub while kids were swimming in the pool. Staff did not know how to handle the situation and did nothing to rectify the issue. The gentleman could barely get out of the hot tub without the assistance of his partner. When mentioned to the staff all they said was, “Oh ok” and did nothing. If it wasn’t for the location and cleanliness of the room, I would not stay here again.

I liked the option of having beds off of the living space for the convenience of bringing an infant who sleeps early. The cleanliness of the room was not very good. Stains on the furniture and the carpets weren’t cleaned when we arrived.

The bathroom shower tile was not cleaned well. A different cleaning product may need to be used as it looks very soap scummy and yellowed. My family wore shower shoes as the shower floor was very stained. Also the pull out table on wheels was never whipped off.

Great property! Friendly service at check in and in the bar. Room was spotless. Bed was super comfy! I slept like a baby. The buy one get one free for the bar was a nice touch. As were the warm cookies upon check in. We will be back. And we will recommend this place to our friends.

Stayed there november 8-10. The pictures of the rooms are not what you will find, they are pictures of other Cambria suites, not the one in Fargo. Our queen suite had no privacy, no doors or any way of separating suite. Kids sleeping in beds, and you could not have your separate area as in other suites i have stayed. Picture of pool makes it look like an Olympic size pool, but it's actually a tiny little pool, which wouldn't have mattered except for the fact that it was actually colder than ice. The hot tub was not hot but it was the temperature of what the pool should be at. There was no maintenance man in the evening, so the front desk person was trying to fix the hot tub but she didn't know what she was doing, made it worse, the hot tub was getting as cold as the pool. I'm not exaggerating, couple of kids jumped into the pool and they cursed the pool, and got out. When kids can't stay in a pool it must be really cold. The hallway on the fourth floor stunk like sewage gas, other people were complaining there rooms stunk like that too, according to them the front desk was aware of the stench. According to their promotion if you are not satisfied with your stay, they will refund your night's stay, nothing was offered or mentioned. Other than the suites not being functional as a suite for families, they were very clean, hotel was very clean, bathroom is not very functional, staff was very polite and friendly. Close to costco.
