The room was comfortable. We were disappointed about the pool. It was closed all morning. My family comes to swim. Our plan was to swim in the morning and the pool was closed until noon... which is also check-out. We have stayed in the past and the breakfast was HUGE. This time it was minimal and there was no fresh fruit. Also they used to have fresh cookies at check-in. That is also done. It is sad to see some of the "extras" are now done.

We booked a suite, which is just a regular sized room with a hide a bed. Somehow we got an accessible room which we hadn't booked, which was fine. The linens for the hide a bed in the room were not laundered and missing sheets. The front desk brought us sheets but we had to request pillows as they didn't bring us any. We also didn't have enough towels for everyone in the room so we needed to request that also. The staff was friendly but by the time they brought us pillows was after 10pm and our kids were already in bed. The sink was plugged. Low water pressure. No hot water. No toilet paper. Had to request all of these items which were brought once requested.

The staff were friendly and professional. Check-in was easy. Good hotel to stay in. Lots of restaurants nearby. I wish they would have an adults only pool time after 10:00 pm. Sometimes the pool & hot tub is full of kids right up until close. They are usually unsupervised.

Our room only 2 of the 4 outlets actually worked on the lamps. The comforter had a dirty mark in it. Hotel was in excellent location and easy to get to. Pool was a great place for the kids to cool down and they all seemed to enjoy it.

Bed/pillows were exceptionally comfortable. I normally do not sleep well at hotels and I slept like a baby both nights.
