The only reason I booked this hotel was for the water feature in the pool for my grandkids and of course it was broken and looked like it had been for a long time. The bedding/comforter was dirty.

Marie was friendly and helpful. We wanted adjoining rooms and though the hotel.was almost totally booked, she made it work for us. The kids had fun in the pool which was clean and organized. All the staff were friendly, courteous and very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Room was clean.. while we stayed the fire alarms went off at 10:30pm while we were trying to go to bed. Went to the lobby they said fire dept cleared it and it was probably a hot shower. Kids had a hard time sleeping after that.Also we stayed on a hockey weekend and could hear kids in rooms around us.

The hotel is older and could use some upgrades. The pool area is very small and suitable for little kids. Hot tube wasn’t working.

The overall stay was fine and served the purpose, however, the spa tub was out of order which we found out when we went to use it. Would have been nice to have that on website before we booked and for the front desk to inform us of that when we checked in. Also, the pool is a kid’s play pool (maximum depth 42 inches deep) and not something an adult would use. In addition, the pool area was dimly lit and not well kept which didn’t measure up to the rest of the property.

This was a very nice hotel with very friendly people working, from the front desk to the cooks at breakfast. The continental breakfast had pretty good selection and tasted delicious (and we stayed at 3 different hotels this trip). The pool was the perfect size for our small children, and was nice and quiet at night. It's a little farther from any shopping or restaurants, but not too far. The only thing we didn't like as much was the bed was a little hard (and we like it a little firmer), and if you're on the top floor you have little to no water pressure in the shower. Overall we all enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

The staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. The person who cleaned our room didn't wipe sticky glass rings off the corner table or TV stand and left their cleaning rag on the sink in the bathroom. We were also a bit disappointed that the pool was meant for only kids. But over all stay was very satisfactory.

Wonderful hotel and staff. Only negative was pool. Perfect for young kids but a little small for older kids.
