The hotel overall had a very pungent air freshener, and the room we rented did as well. The beds were very soft. Breakfast was great though!! They even had gluten free options which was perfect for our family!

We had to replace our key card after almost every use. They kept saying it’s from our phones but never did it touch are phone and 5 other families felt with the same issue. This hotel needs to update their cards or their system. It was frustrating especially when locked outside in 20degree weather.

Very nice hotel. Room was huge and mostly clean, except carpets were were stained and had debris on them (we found a baby bottle cap found under the head of our bed next to the nightstand) and you could tell they had not been thoroughly cleaned/vacuumed. The bathroom was huge also and clean. We always check our beds and room before we stay, and beds were clean and comfy, and air conditioning worked really well. Hotel was quiet and staff was very pleasant and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Had a suite, 2 queen beds and a pullout. One of the queen beds was so close to the A/C unit, you literally had to crawl in the bed from the bottom, if sharing it. Pool/Spa was closed by Fargo public health officials. And no discount for the loss of the amenity. I had kids wanting to swim. Just sorry for the inconvenience from the hotel.

Overall the property and its surrounding was ok and my kids enjoyed the stay but few things I noticed about cleanliness of my room, the carpet has spots and shower curtain was dirty also there was no iron or iron-bored when I asked for one a young lady brought one but broken.

Rooms are big and comfortable. The room where we stayed was a little bit dusty. The hotel is nice and clean in general. The hotel manager was very friendly and attentive. When we requested to change the beddings, they did it right away. Breakfast was good. We would definitely recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

We wanted to swim but the pool and hot tub were out of order. We have kids so it was disappointing. We could walk across the parking lot to the hotel next door and use there pool but was very inconvenient
