Definitely run down. Needs a face lift. Large hole in wall for sewer pipe?! Scuffed up walls, rusty fixtures. Phone didn’t work. It worked for a night, kids tournament.

The pool was not up to code and very cold, hot tub was broken, staff were rude in helping with things, rooms were dirty and had to keep getting new room keys due to the doors not opening, we got this hotel for a family members birthday and will definitely not be staying here again.

Room was great except for the all night door slamming contest being waged on our floor. I suspect it was a group of kids.
