Hampton Inn & Suites Wilson I-95

Overall, the room was nice and fit our family perfectly. Loved the complimentary breakfast. However, we realized there were ants crawling over all our stuff the next morning. Reported it to the front desk and response was just that they would tell housekeeping.

Two Queen with sofa bed for our family of 5. Rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable. Check in was fast and easy. Breakfast had a wide variety and the staff kept it well stocked. Breakfast staff was very friendly and helpful.

Check was a pain due to hotels.com. Shakida at the front desk is awesome!

The experience I had at this Hampton Inn has made me look into other hotels to stay at. I normally choose the Hampton Inn because the bed is always comfortable, hotel is generally quiet and clean! My last two visits to Hampton Inn have been crappy, this last one mainly!!! Curly black hair all in the shower and shower curtain, the bed was so loud and squeaky that every move i made woke my baby up. We didnt get any sleep. The bed also caved in and I felt like I was falling backward all night. Waste of money!! I could have had this experience at the $50 hotel across the street!!! I feel cheated

The hotel and room was nice. Our problem was the family in a room next to us who were loud goofing and jumping around until past midnight. We notified the front desk with our complaint and other people had too. The people at the front desk handled it well and did call the family who quieted down within the hour.
