Pool was too packed with kids and window for room ( which faced the pool) leaked noise from their screaming Room by issue was really nice and a great value

I enjoyed my stay, but the kids that were staying in the hotel were horrible. There are throwing in the eating area and none of your staff cleaned it up. Your staff did not refill the items when needed.

The property was clean and front staff was nice. My issue were during our check in. Our check in time was at 3pm. We were not checked into our room until 4:30pm. We had been traveling since 5:30am in the morning. With 2 small children this was an extreme inconvenience. This is unacceptable in my opinion. The staff had no reason as to why it was taking so long but said they were checking on it. I watch individual check in after us but get there rooms before us. I hope that we can have a better experience with Hilton in the future and they can make up for this.

I enjoy the room. Large and spacious . A lot of room for the family. I did not like the sink outside the bathroom. I also did not like the Breakfast on Tuesday.

This hotel makes you pay a $400 cash deposit for local residents. I recent moved from Rocky Mount to Charlotte. I come home to see my family and check on my property every 2 weeks. Most people dont have $400, especially in cash. I feel this is discrimination against low income residents. I even showed my Charlotte lightbill, proving where I stay, but they did not budge. By the way im a 48 year old grandfather and they know im not there to trash the hotel. Very disappointed in Hilton for letting hotel put up rule like this. Suppose there is an emergency situation and a local person cant stay at their home? needs to stay

Only bad thing to say is they refused to give us dry pool towels when ours where soaked. We tried turning in wet towels for the dry ones...it was no per "policy". Also I know there was not a shortage of towels because me and my family where the only ones at the pool the whole day.

I specifically booked this hotel because it advertised that there was a swiming pool available. When we made it to check-in the front office attendent notified me of the pool closure and did not offer other services to make up the difference of not having the pool. We rarely go on vacation, because with a family of 5 it's an expence. I will, more than likely not book another stay at this hotel or with hotels.com for not being properly notified

Great stay. We wanted a place close to 95 to stay for the night on our road trip. This was extremely convenient and had everything we needed. Everything was spotless and there was plenty of room in a suite for our family of four. Would absolutely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious and clean. The hot breakfast was enjoyed by the family.

We had the unfortunate experience of staying a weekend while there must have been some sort of sports tournament. We arrived, got into our room and there were smashed chips crumbs on the couch of the suite. That was immediately a red flag on cleanliness because how clean is the rest of the room if there’s something blatant like that to show that there was no attempt to clean that area? I called the front desk and asked to be moved to another room, there were no other rooms available and the front desk person was very flippant about it and made no apologies about the chips crumbs all over the couch. Then I noticed that there was one towel. We are a couple with two children, expected and needed 4 towels. I called the front desk again to ask for more towels, they only gave us two more. Luckily I had brought my baby’s hooded towel to use for him. By the second night I’d put our towels out during the day for housekeeping to get and requested fresh towels. They told me to come down to the front desk to get towels. When I got there they said they only had one clean towel, they’d given all of the towels out to the sports team staying there. They said they’d put a new load of laundry in but there would be no more towels available until midnight. I asked for the one towel and a few hand towels to have something to dry our bodies after showering. I am extremely disappointed in our stay. The room was not up to par with the level of cleanliness they claim to have.
