Had a great time with the staff. Treated me like family honestly

Make sure to check if there are in late night parties scheduled before you book. We were staying directly above the conference room and had chairs/bed literally vibrating from the loud music until 10:00. We were traveling with an infant who could not sleep. The office was less than helpful other than telling us we could switch hotels. Unfortunately we were in Pineville to move my mother to hospice care. I emailed the manager DAYS ago and haven’t heard anything back.

Great stay for family coming in for college graduation celebration and golf tournament. Clean, comfortable, warm and gracious. Front desk crew highly professional and helpful! Lobby bright and light and welcoming. We will be back!!

Everyone was so courteous and the front desk made me feeling like family after having a rough trip from up north. Love this place and highly recommend!

For the most part I can say the elevators work perfect this time we didn't get stuck now everything else after that was crappy the room was on the 5th floor which I wanted something on a lower level because of my past experience and my couch well my children were laying had spots on them my children got a rash from it so I'm thinking it had to be dirt probably the king size bed with the whirlpool was awesome we didn't use the whirlpool though although we tried to get in the big pool downstairs and it was so dirty we even try attempting cleaning it ourselves before getting in and that still didn't work so we didn't even get in the pool and I asked if there was free breakfast in the morning because we were gold members and that didn't come with the stay either so me and my family packed up and checked out about 5:00 a.m. that morning we were just so uncomfortable and with that being the second time around we thought maybe it would have been a better outcome now I can also say the front desk tenants were good people two of them were and the other one act like she was disgusted we were even checking in and we are clean people we are good people also so that was my stay I didn't really enjoy it I felt it was a waste of time

Came into town for a family wedding and most of the family & wedding party were at this hotel. Staff did a great job.
