SpringHill Suites Lumberton

Pool area to slick, kids fell several times just walking, my self included, hurt especially after having knee replacement surgery not too long ago. I’m not the complaining type but that’s the only issue I see

Convenient location with room for our family of 5 on our way to Orlando. Have stayed other trips here and would again.

Being a “suite” property tends to attract youth sports teams. We listened to the thumps of kids feet, apparently practicing for their game until about 2am. Management needs to be aware of this and control it better. Somewhat aged facility, but obviously refurbished and well maintained. Breakfast was marginal.

The hotel lobby was beautiful and inviting. It also smelled divine (after inquiring about the scent, the clerk told me they used an air fragrance). The only disappointment was we were informed they ran out of food and plates as we arrived at breakfast (30 minutes before closing). The only hot food left was eggs. The paper plates arrived 10 minutes later so I opted for a bagel but there was no cream cheese. I ended up eating only a half bowl of cereal because the only milk option was skim and oat milk which I don’t like very much. While traveling, I choose hotels based on if it includes breakfast so my family can save money. If it wasn’t for the breakfast situation, I would give this hotel a perfect rating.

Nice hotel for coming in to the area for an unexpected family visit. Staff was friendly, only negative was the room wasn’t cleaned when we left the do not disturb off the door, but front desk staff were nice to replace our towels.

Stayed one night. A pack&play was provided for our baby. Food, beverage, alcohol only mins away. Also available for purchase in lobby store. Breakfast was fine, it was busy, but employees were working hard to refill empty items. Would stay again

My family stayed for 1 night on way through to Virginia and it was a very comfortable stay. The beds were comfortable and the rooms are clean and big. They have free breakfast and easy walking to dining options.

Great place for family gatherings

This is a great hotel for an overnight stay. Easy check in and friendly staff. We stayed here overnight twice (once on our way to vacation and once on the way back). Breakfast was delicious. First time the service was top notch. The place was very busy but the attendant was on top of everything. Nothing ran out and trash cans were emptied twice while we were there. Second time the service was mediocre. They kept running out of everything. Warning to families - the bathroom door is frosted so if a kid needs to use the bathroom in the middle of the night it lights up the entire room.

Excellent hotel experience: I loved arriving and getting a pizza from the restaurant located in the parking lot. The hotel room was clean and all staff members were friendly. Shout out to the woman who was working the breakfast area. She was attentive to the needs of the families in the breakfast area. She offered high chairs and delivered them along with coloring sheets and crayons for children. Thanks for a great night at Springhill Suites in Lumberton, NC
