Always stay here when visiting family. Great location, clean clean clean. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Easy access. Feels like home!!

We just needed a place to stay for a night, that we could get a breakfast in the morning. We stayed here years ago and again just recently which has a breakfast that goes with room. The accommodations were very nice and so was the staff. We would not hesitate to book a room here if in the area or visiting with family members again.

We came to town to visit family and this is the first time we stayed at a hotel. The entire staff was so attentive and professional. They knew how to maintain the quality of our experience during a busy Thanksgiving season. I travel very frequently for work and I was most impressed with the full breakfast service. Every item was clearly identified and quickly replenished by the staff. My only complaint was the tv remote did not pair well with the tv. I only noticed it on our last night. I would definitely stay here again. The facility was bright, clean and well maintained .

3 nights to visit family here. Sandy and Paula at the front desk were so so nice. Sandy worked her magic to get us a room that had been renovated and was in a quiet location. We felt like family friends with these 2 ladies by the time we left. Only area of improvement I would offer would be the breakfast. Very limited in choices as they had a notice at the door that the supply chain issue had effected their food options. I wonder why that was the case as we have been to 2 other hotels in both NC and SC that had their normal abundance of food

Some staff was friendly and others were rather rude - especially at check out. Along with, on regards to the "hidden" toilet paper in the bathrooms; it is disconcerting when you are in that room and it cannot be located. Plus when asking a staff member for assistance later that evening, "Oh we get those questions all the time." This is poor customer service. I felt if you were not a regular customer or part of the military family, you were of less importance. I will not be returning to this location due to the poor customer service at the front desk.
