Stay was good. Beds are high & that was only an issue because we had a toddler. Overall cleanliness was on point but a little more attention to detail could be used in the bedrooms

Property was well maintained, and room was comfortable. Front desk staff person was rude, extremely disrespectful and boisterous when discussing my folio and reservation. She lacked knowledge about the policies and use of my family members' service animal. She lacked basic customer service skills.

I was disappointed NFL Network was not working and was unable to watch Football. Also, the pool was closed. I promised my kids swimming. No reason for the closure or notice on booking. No complementary breakfast.
